"Well...you know, we could still talk. Just about other..non Drake, work related stuff?"

"What kind of stuff?" Meri asked.

Drake glanced at his cellphone and switched his skype status to 'online'.

mikey smiled. "Do I have to spell everything out for you?"


Emma went back home, slightly more annoyed but deffinitely less annoyed.

"Yes" Meri said stubbornly. "I don't know if you noticed but the amount of morphine I've put in my body in enormous."

Mikey raised eyebrow. (goh dat doet ie vaak) "What now?"

Meri wiebelde met haar voet. "Een loden kandelaar. Hurt like hell, dus nam ik wat verdovingsmiddelen. Maman gebruikt ze toch nooit."

"Oh...right. You okay?"

Meri haalde haar schouders op. "Voel niks in mijn voet."

"Aw...That's kind of really annoyin-"

He was interrupted by the door opening. Jazz was now in the hallway and had thrown her bag on the floor before sayo
Ing:"Oh, I'm so sowwy. Did I just spoil a romantic moment?"With the usual sarcasm, combined with the rolling of eyes.

Meri keek op voordat ze haar handen in haar schoot legde en mompelde; "Niet echt...gok ik."

"Jazz. Shut up and back off."Zei Mikey geirriteerd.

"Whatever."Was Jazz reply as she stomped up the stairs.

"Denk je nu anders over ons?" vroeg Meri zachtjes.

"Hmmm? Over wie?"Vroeg Mikey...(mech. I haz no inspiration.)

"Mij, Drake" zei Meri.

Meri zuchtte en staarde naar haar handen.

Mikey sighed and shifted in hiscseat. "What,now?"

Meri shrugged. "Maybe I should get home. Maman will be worried, and Drake will be too.."

"Right. So, I guess I'll see you later?"

"I guess." Meri stond voorzichtig op en hinkte richting haar auto.

"Need hel-Ohw. Right."Mumbled Drake.

Emma rang the doorbell, for she had fforgotten to take her keys.

Will opende de deur. "Waar was je?" vroeg hij. "Je nam je telefoon niet op."

"Gaat wel" zei Meri.

"O-okay.."Said Mikey.


"I was over at Vince's."Said Emma mater of factly as she headed stright for the stairs.

Meri glimlachte. "Bedankt voor je tijd" zei ze voordat ze de auto in stapte.

"Het is gevaarlijk buiten, Emma, en ik wil ten allen tijden weten waar je bent" zei Will.
